I really looove bucks feet, bokkenpootjes in Dutch. I don’t know my limits with them. They actually go too fast. That quickly melting chocolate head, that firm brittle of the “foot” itself and then that humble crema layer in the middle. Each element ignites my eagerness and then I stare in amazement at the last melts of chocolate on my empty fingers. Where has it gone now?

That is why this pleasure has actually been renamed “bokkenpruikjes” by Lucas. It always made me grumpy if I ate too much of it (in the Netherlands when you have “de bokkenpruik op” you show your foul mood) .
